Tivoli Ensemble is a collection of the most talented young brass band musicians in Jutland. They have collected a program of tunes from around the world to demonstrate the entertaining and often fiery music typical of the better European brass bands. The group takes its name from Tivoli in Copenhagen, which was the world¹s first fun park. Besides for the magical gardens that for centuries have inspired the likes of Hans Christian Andersen, Tivoli is known for its concert hall. Some of the 10 members are studying music in college and an older member is teaching music but the occupations vary. One member is a trained engineer who works as a car salesman.
