Over $150,000 was budgeted for this year's Great American Brass Band Festival. In-kind donations and services as well as monetary donations contribute to the budget.

The lion's share of the budget - over $53,000 - went to paying for bands, including housing and transportation. The second largest expenditure was production costs, including the sound system, stage and labor costs.

A dozen new supporters were added to the list of sponsors this year, including: Arby's of Danville; Bluegrass Carriage Works; Caterpillar Inc.; Coleman's Lumber Yard, Harrodsburg; Drs. Glover, Harrison, Anquist, Alexander and Coleman, gynecology/obstetrics; Dr. Robert R. Goodman, PSC; Hobart Corporation; J.J.B. Hilliard, W.L. Lyons Inc.; The Kroger Company; Lester Long; SDS Service Inc.; and Toy Box Catering.
