2002 Chautauqua Tea

On Thursday afternoon (June 13) , enjoy tea and a great performance by the Main Street Brass, with "generally light readings that go along with or introduce or expand some of the music Main Street Brass will be playing." Milton Reigelman will be the reader for the Chautauqua at the Tea Leaf Restaurant - 230 West Broadway, Danville.
Choice of Tea Times 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. The Chautauqua performance is at 4 p.m.
$15.00 includes full tea and performance. Reservations required. Call (859) 236-7456.

The event recreates the atmosphere of a turn-of-the-century afternoon tea and a Chautauqua gathering, where traveling companies brought cultural events to rural areas.
