Brass Band
The Danville, Kentucky, hometown band, made up of top amateur and professional
Kentucky musicians, is the festival's host ensemble.

Sidewalk Stompers
Fun, fun, fun surrounds this popular clown band from Indianapolis, Indiana.
Many have seen this fun group performing at the Indiana Pacers games!
Danville Pipe Band
Danville, KY
Dixie Power Trio
This hot and funky New Orleans style jazz band from Fredericksburg,
Virginia, has received standing ovations at its previous festival
appearances.
8th Regiment Band
From Rome, Georgia, this band performs actual period arrangements
on antique instruments to recreate the sounds of bands from the American Civil
War period.
Euphouria
From Cookeville, Tennessee, this tuba/euphonium quartet brings
its entertaining sound to the festival for a repeat visit.
The Hellcats
United States Military Academy
West Point, New York
Scott Kirby
One of the premiere ragtime pianists in
the country. Scott is always a favorite whether on the street or on the
stage performing!
Lexington Brass
Band
Lexington, Kentucky, hailed as one of the finest British-style brass band in
North America. This year they are making their third appearance at the festival.
Main Street Brass
From Cynthiana, Kentucky, this popular band returns for its ninth
festival appearance and features a mix of patriotic, pop, show tunes and old
favorite standards.
Mississauga Temple Band
Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
Olde Towne Brass
From Huntsville, Alabama, the band performs on
period instruments in
authentic Civil War uniforms to recapture the sounds of the 1860s.
Olympia Brass Band
The closing band at the Saturday night picnic, New Orleans'
best-known brass band has belted out its unique brand of traditional jazz at
every Great American Brass Band Festival.

202nd Army Band
This
Frankfort-based band of the Kentucky Army National Guard adds its spirited music
to the patriotic atmosphere of the festival.
257th Army Band

The United States Coast Guard Band

Village Brass
Hails from of Columbus, Ohio, and plays a variety of music from the Baroque period to the
golden age of bands.
The Wheelmen
of Ohio will also be here for the parade
and throughout Saturday on their antique bicycles.
